TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ABOUT COPYRIGHTS

THE BUYER IS ALLOWED TO:
- Use the artwork on your personal social media, youtube, stream (if you're going to post it on the feed, please credit me);
- Use it as profile picture or banner;
- Print the artwork for PERSONAL USE (make a poster, frame the artwork, gift it to someone else, make stickers for personal use);

THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT:
- Selling the commissioned art;
- Claiming the artwork as your own;
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially;
- Removing my signature from the artwork;
- Altering the artwork without my consent.

THE ARTIST IS ALLOWED TO:
- Post the art on social media and portfolio;
- Publish books with it in the future (artbooks, etc.);

2. PAYMENT

- Currency accepted is USD;
- Payment is via Paypal or Wise;
- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after. I will not work on your commission without prior payment;
- If you choose the 50% upfront and 50% after payment method I will send you the artwork only upon payment of the last amount. If payment is not received, the illustration will not be delivered and there will be no return of the amount already paid;
- Don't send me any payment before I have answered your request and we discuss the terms of your commission.

3. REFUNDS OR CANCELATIONS

- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission;
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund;
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund;
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again;
- If you cancel your order in the middle of the process and have paid the 50% upfront, that money will not be returned;
- If you cancel your order in the middle of the process and have paid the 100% upfront, 50% of that payment will be returned*.

*The percentage may vary depending on how much time was spent on the project.

4. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

- As soon as I receive your email, I will contact you to let you know if I can make your commission and we will be able to discuss the details of the project;
- If you need the commission for a specific date please let me know, so we can put together a better schedule for both sides;
- I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see point 3 for more info on refunds);
- While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!
- During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece;
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies 3 days - 3 weeks, depending on the response time of the emails and job complexity.
- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap!
- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image (usually the artwork is 210 x 297mm / 300 DPI, but if you need another size let me know);
- For digital artwork there's no physical product. If you'd like to receive it as a print I can arrange a printed copy of the work, upon payment of an extra fee.
- For traditional artwork (watercolors / sketches) a high quality scan of the work will be sent to you. I can send the physical piece to you, upon payment of an extra fee.

5. REVISONS AND MODIFICATIONS

- At the beginning of the project I will send a set of sketches for the client to choose, if the client does not like any of them, another round of sketches will be delivered;
- After the sketch phase, you get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price;
- A fee will be added if you exceed the limit of 3 revisions;
- If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make;
- Fees will not be charged only if a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

6. EXTRA CHARACTERS AND BACKGROUNDS

- I do charge 50% of the value for any extra characters as long as they are on the same canvas. So, for example, if you commission a piece with 3 characters, I'll charge fullprice for the first one and 50% for the second and 50% for the third.

- For backgrounds, the price depends on the complexity of them and can vary between $10 e $50.

- If you are a Patreon supporter, the value is 30% for any extra characters in the same canvas and you have a 20% discount in backgrounds.

7. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

- I want my customers to be happy with the result of the work!
- If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together;
- I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this;
- Please let me know if anything is causing discomfort to you during the process.
